CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because service slots are limited, cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows directly impacts the business and prevent other clients from booking. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, notice must be provided at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. I understand things happen, so you will get ONE "Get Out of Jail Free" pass. After that, any appointment canceled or no-shows will have a 100% fee.
